At Next Level, we believe you have the right to choose how you want your physical therapy experience to be. Your story is just as important as what ails you. Our intention is to provide you with exactly what you need to progress towards your goals and to exceed your own expectations.
Our approach is both holistic and evidence-based. Our sessions are always one-on-one and individualized based on your specific needs. We take your care personally! Your relationship with your physical therapist should be one like your physician or dentist. Not only should you have trust and consistency in that individual, we believe that physical therapy should also serve more of an 'injury prevention' role with the ability to see you prior to pain onset.
We know there is often more to an injury than meets the eye. Life stressors such as work, family, over-training, diet, and sleep can affect how you heal. The entirety of your musculoskeletal system is interconnected and can have an impact on how you are moving and feeling. At Next Level, we have the autonomy to put your needs first and address any and all factors that slow your recovery.
Manual therapy, or 'hands-on techniques' are often neglected in busy clinics but can serve an integral part to providing relief or facilitating the intended muscle recruitment during sequential exercises. Since you have the same Doctor of Physical Therapy evaluating and treating you at each session, you are getting assessed and educated with each intervention being performed.
Education and collaboration with our clients and our healthcare practitioners is important to us. We treat the whole person, identifying the root cause of your issue from the beginning. Specializing in orthopedics for pre-teens and all adults, we are driven to achieve your goals but also to surpass what you thought was obtainable!
